Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Triple 8, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Each order is packed with utmost care, and our quality check and processing teams ensure that your merchandise is dispatched carefully. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send a photo/video of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to hellotriple8@gmail.com. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or store credit.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Clearly mention the items you wish to return.
    • Ensure items are properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Poor packaging that results in damage may affect the return approval.
  2. Return Process:
    • Email hellotriple8@gmail.com with your return request.
    • We will arrange for a pickup and issue a store credit once the item is received and inspected.
    • Past cancellations or rejections at doorstep may incur a nominal fee for reverse pick-up.
  3. Return Charges:
    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized orders and used products are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Missing or Tampered Packages

  • Do not accept tampered shipments. Contact hellotriple8@gmail.com immediately if you suspect any tampering or damage.
  • For parcels marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We use external shipping aggregators and are not liable for delays. For time-sensitive orders, please contact our customer team.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours of placement. Once an order is packed/shipped, it will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance.

Bulk Orders

  • Bulk orders are non-returnable. Any damage must be reported within 4-6 hours of delivery.
  • We do not offer express shipping for bulk orders but aim to deliver within 5-7 days. Heavier shipments may take 10-15 days.

Processing Returns

  • Return requests must be approved before processing. Once received and approved, it may take up to 48 hours for approval.
  • Returns that pass our quality checks will be credited as store credits, usable within 12 months
