Triple 8 Return & Refund Policy

At Triple 8, we take pride in delivering quality products with care. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hellotriple8@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or a video of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer box it arrived in

We’ll offer you a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It is not a customized product

  • You clearly mention which item(s) you want to return

  • You pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit

Note: Items damaged due to poor packaging during return transit may not be approved for return.


How to Return

  1. Email hellotriple8@gmail.com with your return request.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit.


Return Charges

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If you’ve previously canceled or rejected orders at delivery, a nominal reverse pickup fee may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used or worn products


Missing or Tampered Packages

  • Do not accept any parcel that looks tampered with. Contact us immediately at hellotriple8@gmail.com.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 24 hours.
