Shipping and Delivery

We use external shipping aggregators and are not liable for delays. For time-sensitive orders, please contact our customer team.

• Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours of placement. Once an order is packed/shipped, it will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance.

Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders are non-returnable. Any damage must be reported within 4-6 hours of delivery.
• We do not offer express shipping for bulk orders but aim to deliver within 5-7 days. Heavier shipments may take 10-15 days.
